Sofia holds a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s degree in Economic Law and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions (ECAV) from the University of Geneva.

During her professional career, Sofia gained experience as a legal assistant at a law firm, where she was involved in file management, the review of legal memoranda, and the preparation of legal documents. Her diverse professional background has further enabled her to develop strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a keen sense of responsibility.

Passionate about corporate law and new technologies, Sofia has focused her academic work on the evolving legal frameworks governing businesses and financial services, as well as the legal challenges arising from technological innovation, data protection and cybersecurity.

A native speaker of French and Portuguese, Sofia also has a good knowledge of English and Spanish and a basic knowledge of Italian.
