Alessandro is an Attorney-at-Law with experience in advising and representing international clients in a broad range of legal matters. His practice focuses on commercial and business law, including corporate law, transactions, debt enforcement and insolvency law, employment law, and general contract law. He combines a strong legal background with a practical, solution-oriented approach, providing clients with tailored advice and support in complex legal matters.

Before joining TA Advisory, Alessandro worked in private practice at a Zurich-based law firm and served as a law clerk at the Zurich Labour Court. These experiences have given him a well-rounded understanding of both contentious and non-contentious legal matters, as well as the practical and procedural aspects of dispute resolution.

Alessandro holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Business Law degree from the University of Zurich and is admitted to the Zurich Bar.

He is a native speaker of German and Italian, has excellent command of English, advanced knowledge of French, and basic knowledge of Spanish.
