Fleur focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation, corporate law, sanctions compliance, and debt enforcement proceedings.

She brings substantial experience from her previous roles in Switzerland, where she developed expertise in both contentious and advisory corporate matters.

Fleur began her career at a tier-one law firm in the litigation and arbitration practice group, followed by a clerkship at a District Court, and subsequently joined a mid-sized commercial law firm in Zurich concentrating on corporate law matters.

Fleur holds a Bachelor of Law, Master of Law, and a PhD in Financial Market Law from the University of Zurich (all magna cum laude). During her doctoral studies, she served as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Zurich, delivering lectures in contract law and commercial law. She has also published various articles on financial and corporate law matters.

She is a native German and French speaker, fluent in English.
