Job Description
As a legal intern at our Geneva office, you will work closely with our team of enthusiastic and entrepreneurial lawyers. Your responsibilities will include providing accurate and timely legal advice to clients in various areas such as Swiss civil and criminal law, corporate law, debt enforcement, and bankruptcy. You will collaborate with both domestic and international lawyers to devise efficient litigation strategies, draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents, and participate in court pleadings and other legal proceedings.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and training for the Swiss Bar exam, working on high-profile cases in a modern and international environment. This internship offers the opportunity to apply your legal skills, learn from seasoned professionals, and prepare for a successful legal career.
Qualifications
You are a young lawyer or a law student with an exemplary academic record.
Fluency in French and English (including legal terminology) is required; proficiency in German and/or Russian is a significant advantage.
Strong legal writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise documents.
Interest in international arbitration, Swiss law, and litigation.
You are authorized to work full-time in Switzerland, with availability for at least one year.
High motivation, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to ethical standards.
