Biography

Ayline is primarily active in civil and criminal litigation, commercial law, contracts law, family law, lease and construction law, labor law, and debt enforcement and bankruptcy law.

Her industry focus includes contracts law, labor law, lease and construction, as well as criminal matters.

Prior to joining TA Advisory, Ayline completed a 6-month traineeship at the First Instance Civil Court in Geneva, where she gained experience in family law, contracts law, debt enforcement, and bankruptcy law, among other areas. She also worked as a trainee lawyer in a law firm based in Geneva.

Ayline completed her legal education at the University of Geneva, earning a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Civil and Criminal Law. She also holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Profession from the Geneva School of Lawyers (ECAV).

She is a native French speaker, fluent in English, and has basic knowledge of German and Spanish.
