Maylis Noth

Biography

For more than 15 years, Maylis has been practicing in the field of dispute resolution, with a serious focus on international commercial arbitration. She has an extensive experience as counsel, tribunal secretary and arbitrator in a wide variety of commercial disputes both ad hoc and under the rules of major arbitration institutions (ICC, Swiss Arbitration Centre, LCIA and UNCITRAL International Arbitration Rules). She has a well-established practice in the fields of construction, energy, joint-venture and post-M&A disputes. Maylis has advised clients on all stages of dispute avoidance and resolution.

Further, she advises and assists clients in litigation, mainly in civil and commercial matters, as well as in enforcement and setting aside proceedings.

Prior to joining TA Advisory, she practiced in two Swiss law firms based in Geneva.

Maylis is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.
