Biography
Steven is active in legal advice in connection with SMEs, corporate governance, contract drafting, Fintech and syndicated loans.
Prior to joining TA Advisory, Steven worked as legal advisor to an SME.
Steven studied for his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business and Tax law at the University of Neuchâtel, as well as his LLM in International Financial Law at King’s College London.
